My wife and I purchased an assortment of the individual layered celebration cakes for our wedding in 2007 (240 cakes in 3 varieties) they were beautiful, delicious, and VERY elegant. Delivery was prompt and all the cakes were intact. Would recommend highly!

Thank you Mid East Pastry Delight for a stunning 1/4 sheet of your Berries Delight cake we had for our Bridal Shower Luncheon! It was beautiful, tasted lovely and I am so glad I took 5 business cards from you because they were all given away at the Shower to future customers. You were wonderful to work with. We also enjoyed our tray of Baklava and our Tiramisu we took home for a delicious treat the day we ordered the cake. So lucky you are in the neighborhood. Looking forward to using you again!

Delicious cakes! Only problem is they are always busy and only have 1 person working at all times. I stopped in wanting to pick up a cake and waited 20 minutes until it was my turn to order. They definitely need at least 2 people working together.

I choose sweet dreams over opera, but opera is still really, really good. By far way tastier and better presentation than 99 percent of bakeries. I do not even like cake, but this is cake on a wholenother (new word) level. I love the sweet ,adorable mini cakes. Black forest, chocolate strawberry complete with a chocolate covered strawberry on top, chocolate raspberry, chocolate rum are all drool worthy in looks and in taste. The mouse they use is light and airy. If you want a realy treat or a show stopping desert for your next function....mark my words, you will be impressed to say the least. I thought that Sweet Dreams and Opera were ran by brothers, hence the similarities.

Wedding and celebration cake maker who's also making cupcakes and little pastries. I tasted my favorite variety of the cupcake and found the cake to be very dense and lacking in the characteristic red velvet flavor. The frosting was delicious though. Their specialty cakes are pretty good. The cookies are not. Overall they're ok. They do make a classically beautiful wedding cake.

I have been a loyal customer of this place for years! Their cake? Ah may zing! Yum! Bdays, weddings, or any other even this is the place we come to! Amila is the biggest sweetheart and love working with her. Berries galore is a white chocolate cake with white chocolate mousse and berries.....YUM! Dynasty is awesome because you get the best of both worlds chocolate and white chocolate cake and mousse. The alaskan is awesome. Anything from here is addicting and the price is right. Check them out! Happy eating!

This great little bake shop happens to be next door to one of our favorite restaurants, so we pop in on them often. The cookies and other pastries are all very good, but the cakes are absolutely wonderful, beautiful to look at, delicious to eat. Their cake person is obviously some kind of genius.

Absolutely love this place. No frills good desserts. No charge to put a message on a cake, great for last minute get togethers and after trying just about evey cake twice by this point they have never been a let down at an event.

I've lived near this place forever, but I only went here for the first time last week. The inside of it looked, remarkably, a lot like Sweet Dreams. I mean, looking at the cakes and other pastries, I wondered if I stepped into the place formerly called Opera, now known as Sweet Dreams. As I looked around, I found more and more similarities to Sweet Dreams, sometimes even with the same name. But because some of the items had different names, I started to wonder if all the delicious goodies at Sweet Dreams were just standard bakery/pastry shop items. Finally, when we were about to leave, I asked the lady behind the counter if the two places had the same owner. She said no, but that the person who runs Opera used to work at Sweet Dreams. It all made sense. As for the desserts, we just got a chocolate mousse cake, which was delicious. Considering the stuff looks the same as at Sweet Dreams, and considering the same people are making it, I bet it's all good. If I weren't already partial to Sweet Dreams, I'd prob give this place another star. But don't let the similarities steer you away, I also saw some very original treats at Opera that will definitely draw me back in to try.

I've driven by this place so many times and always wanted to stop...but didn't. Today, I did. I'm trying my best to be a tourist in my own area. Today is our anniversary. We didn't have big plans, so I thought champagne and a nice dessert would be fun. I bought several single servings to share among my husband, daughter and I. The prices are good. For a dessert sample in a restaurant, you'll pay $2-4....their single servings are around $3. Looking is as much fun as eating....their desserts are little works of art and a fabulous treat! We are definately planning to make another "sampler" for New Year's Eve! Yumm-y!
